It was 2011 when Dan and Lyndal decided they’d had enough of the big smoke and took off on a South-East Asian adventure, looking to create opportunities outside the city. It was on this trip that they discovered Joel Salatin and immediately caught the farming bug. They returned from overseas and headed to the South Coast where they could be closer to quality food and learn a few things along the way.
