Buena Vista is a family farm bought by Fiona’s great-great-grandfather in 1859, when, after renting it for almost twenty years, it came up for sale. He rode his horse into the auction at Kiama and successfully bid on it. It was a dairy farm until about fifteen years ago when Fiona’s dad, Malcolm, retired and put in a small coffee grove (you know, just for fun. Farmers, eh.)
